Email PDFs from your print dialog
Here's how to add the option of emailing a PDF from the print dialog:
1. Go to your Library folder on your main hard drive (also called the root-level Library folder) and look for a folder called (w/o quotes) "PDF Services". If there isn't one (and there probably won't be) create one.
2. Make an alias of your favorite email application and put it in that folder.
3. Now there should be a button in the bottom left of the Print dialog, represented by a PDF icon. Choose your email application from the list that pops up when you click it and choose your email application. Mac OS X will make a PDF of your document and attach it to a new message in your email app!
Bet you didn't know Mac OS X could do THAT!
